Dirk Rossmann GmbH is the second largest drugstore chain in Germany and has 56,200 employees in Europe, of which over 33,000 are employed in Germany. – For the first time, a map has been integrated on which employees in the HR department can see the distance between the job and their place of residence. This is particularly interesting for the branches, as they can check which drugstore is closest to their place of residence and therefore the most attractive for applicants.
– The results of interviews for sales assistant positions can be recorded in a structured way, in line with the defined mandatory and target requirements for the position. Personal data and relevant questions from the online application are automatically pre-filled in a form and the interviewer completes the results from the interview.
